Adding to what João mentioned, it is on the roadmap to converge the two branches (ODC) and (O11) of Service Studio, back into one Service Studio in the future (but no timeline is given for this).
What you also saw and will continue is that features might first be introduced in one of the two versions and the ported to the other version.

Service Studio will support development in OutSystems 11, which continues as a product.
ODC Studio will support development in ODC (OutSystems Developer Cloud), which is a new product.
