When we click on open in browser then we find something like Movies?_ts=638085961519258254, the "ts" stand for the timestamp when we published the module.

Hello Pramod,
As Abhinav mentioned its timestamp for when was your last publishing to make sure that you are currently seeing latest version not cached one.
But this parameter ts will not appear into your production URL
The "ts" stands for Timestamp.
It is added to prevent the loading of cached content.
As you're developing you want to make sure you see your latest changes and no cached content that a browser may have stored locally.
