Is it possible to:

1. Open an android/ios app not made in OutSystems from an app made in OutSystems (Let's say on the click of a button or a link)
2. Open an android/ios app made in OutSystems from an app made in OutSystems.

In both cases, if the target app( the app which we want to open ) is installed on the device then it should open/launch the app. If the app is not installed on the device then it should open on the browser with the specific link of the app. Assume that the app that contains the button or a link to redirect to the target app will always be installed on the device.
