Certification Badge and Certificate on Profile

Hello Team

I have appeared and cleared my Associate Reactive Certification examination on 12/01/2023. And till now i have not received certificate or any link to download it on Community Profile.

Only i have received is Score Card of it.

Can anyone help me in this?

I have created support ticket in last week but no response.

Hello Sanjay Bankar ,

First of all congratulation, 
You will get the badge as soon as possible whatever the first thing that you already did is right 


Simply wait a while. It will take time because so many guys are giving exams in this short period of time, but you will definitely receive the badge.

Hi @Sanjay Bankar ,

Congratulations on your certification. 

As Akshay said, whatever you have done is correct, you will have to wait.

Sometimes, It takes time for Outsystems to generate certificates/Badges because of some circumstances. But, you will get it by this week.

Hi @Sanjay Bankar,

The others are indeed correct. I've done my Reactive certification and it also took some days to receive the certification on my profile but after waiting, they indeed added it to my profile. So either wait for a response to your ticket or just wait a few more days and they will for sure add it :)

Hi @Sirajeddine Bouasker,

If you  go here:

https://www.outsystems.com/certifications/

You can see all the certifications available and the ones that you've completed.

And if you completed any of them, you received an email with a pdf file as proof that you completed it.

Or in that same page you'll have something like this where you can download proof of certification!
