In employee directory application there is an action its called ScreenToPDF_OnInitialize . this is not appear in service studio interface element .

First screenshot is of pdf where it is showing "Type ScreenToPDF_OnInitialize on the search box and select the Action that appears. " And in second screen shot i.e my service studio screen shot where I can not see anything like "ScreenToPDF_OnInitialize " . Please help me.

You haven't managed dependencies with the module. Kindly add dependency and you will be able to see the client action. Refer the below screenshot for reference:
