I am using the salesforce Connector Forge component to integrate in out systems, but I am able tofetch the data from the salesforce to outsystems by providing the salesforce credentials and updated security token, when I am trying to edit (or) create new lead in the outsystems I am unable to edit (or) create the records from out systems.

when i am saving the new record i was getting the error like ( UNKNOWN_EXCEPTION: Destination URL not reset. The URL returned from login must be set in the SforceService ), could you please help me this issue.
