I'm trying to use this app to free up some much needed space on a server located on the AWS but I'm getting a 500 internal server error in both "Delete All Unused Tags" and in individual apps.

I have the latest versions installed, 1.0.3 and 2.14.0, for LifeTime Tag Manager and OutSystems UI, respectively. 

Attached you'll find the Service Center's error and integration logs.

On the error log there are several reference constraint violations to a table named OSLTM_ENVIRONMENTAPPCACHE on the attribute VERSIONID.

Can you help?
