Several applications are stored in Prod (and so as UAT)
I've seen some documents pertaining to Data migration and one of w/c is this https://success.outsystems.com/support/enterprise_customers/maintenance_and_operations/migrate_an_environment_using_a_database_clone/
I'm afraid of doing DELETE statements as mentioned in the document as those tables reside in the Main catalog.
Is there a way to just clone a specific Catalog from Prod ? Is it going to be as simple as Backup Database from Prod instance and then Restore to UAT Instance?
I've seen some Forge components like Data Mover and the DMM but all are Paid tool.

If you'd like a Trial license of DMM please send an email to sales@infosistema.com and we'll send one to you.
The trial license allows for an Unlimited number of executions, although you will only have available the Professional features, be unable to apply filters in entities (with a maximum of 1GB per execution/migration), and most important just 4 entities can be selected for migration/export in each individual execution.
