invalid username or password error when sending email.... Despite using Sendinblue

I'm trying to get my Reactive app to send emails,... I'm currently using Sendinblue as my SMTP server but  I keep getting the error below when I try to send an email..... My SMTP details are below, as well as sendinblue SMTP details and the error message I'm getting

Hi,

It's related with security of Gmail, you need to configure in Google to let you connect with "Apps not secure". Something like that.
