I use the OutSystems.AI Chatbot Reactive component in personal and corporate applications.

When I use the component in my personal the message gets a response. But when we use it in my corporate application the message not getting a response while debugged getting an error of IP addresses to whitelist some IP addresses. The messages not getting to the Chatbot server if anyone had the same issue provide the solution or the IP addresses to whitelist.
