How do I use this plugin?

I'm trying to implement local notification using this plugin but for some reason I can't make it to work, I followed the instruction in this discussion: https://www.outsystems.com/forums/discussion/20830/local-notifications-plugin-how-to-schedule-a-local-notification/ but no luck.

I'm even getting success return from the ScheduleNotifications action and yet notifications don't show up, I have already generated new build upon referencing the dependency and allowed notification from the app, does this plugin have a demo I can follow?
