[User Management - Reactive] Error Uploading "User Management-Reactive" Demo

I've installed the component (version 1.0.1) and I have an issue uploading (and installing) the Demo on the Dev Server.

I get the following error: "Unknown Feature: The feature Custom Tool Name on Login Screen doesn't exist. Upgrade Platform Server and retry. "

I have Outsystems UI version 2.12.0 installed. Both Outsystems UI and Platform Versions are compatible.

Please advise.
