Hi All,
I am trying to import file for translation but some texts from the file are not getting imported,
I have tried to delete the locales and imported again But still few not getting imported,
I have exported the translated text file and impoting again with translations,so few although they are under translate are not getting translated
Please suggest
Hi ujwala,
I observe whenever you change the UI it changes the translation key. So lets say you exported the file and given it to translator meanwhile you have updated the UI of the application and then you imported the file then it won't translate the text wherever you have done the UI structure change.
For time being, once you exported the translation file do not change any thing in UI (I prefer not change any thing in app) and once you get the translation file import it. I know this is a work round so you can raise it to OutSystems support team.

Can you please share the your translation file so that I can see the proble, not all the translations but only few which are not being imported.

Thank you for the reply,can not share the file,but first time i have exported the blank file ,the texts to be translated,provided the file to BA and imported the same file from them it got imported,Second time few texts were expression so were not coming in translated text so converted them to text and they were appearing as text to be translated in outsystem.
Exorted the file and they have provided translation and imported the same file But those texts are not getting imported,tried to delete all locales from outsystem,published and imported still those are not getting imported.

Content / IsTableLoadingOrEmpty / content / IsEmpty / IfBranch / Container / content / Label / content / Text - Value
If possible can you try to export the blank file ,import with new translations,add some fields in If Block or normal text and export -add translation and import again.

It seems for the same text the key is changed between two different exports but why it is changed during export done ,not sure.
