Hi,

Are you running OutSystems on premise, in which case you should be able to follow the instructions as documented here: https://support.detectify.com/support/solutions/articles/48001048944-microsoft-iis-tilde-vulnerability

If you are running OutSystems in the cloud hosted by OutSystems, you need to open a support case, and ask if this is possible for OutSystems to do for you, or if it needs to be done at all (maybe they already have this configured?)
