Couldn't establish a connection. please check your internet connection

I havemigrated to new installed new platform server with db clone. After publishhing application i am nnot able to connect to environment via service studio  via local host., This is on prem server.

Getting error, Couldn't establish connection. please check internet connection. not getting any error numbers.

Hi Viral,

let's start troubleshooting 

1) please check if you can access service center using localhost.
2) Does localhost resolve to 127.0.0.1 ?
3) Does the command telnet localhost 80 work?
4) Have you tried using machine hostname?

  1. Yes i can access service center  using localhot via http. But not able to access via https
  2. yes localhost resolve to 127.0.0.1
  3. yes port is open and it works fine.
