Smart screen can't be reached right now

Dears,

I have downloaded the setup -  ServiceStudio-11.53.40.61951.exe

But while installing I am getting this message "Smart screen can't be reached right now, check your internet connection. Microsoft defender smart screen is unreachable and can't help to decide if this app is ok to run"

I have attached the error message screen shot.

Do I need to be connected to internet while running the setup.

Kindly if someone can guide me on this.

Solution

Hi Ahmed,

The "SmartScreen cannot be reached right now" error could be caused by on of the following reasons:

  • Bad Internet Connection.
  • SmartScreen may be disabled.
  • Use of a Proxy Server.
