Integration Studio Extension to External DB - Missing Tables

Hi, I have created an extension to ORACLE database and tested the connection is working. In the integration studio, I am able to connect to the oracle db and list the tables but I realize that there are few tables missing from the list. Does anyone know what might be the possible problem and solution for this case?
