I received a unilateral cancellation email from Prometric. I have submitted a support request from them but have not received a satisfactory response yet. So now what should I do to be able to reschedule?
I think you should request a vourcher to reschedule the exam.
I cant request them. They reply my email very very late T.T

First thing you can contact is training@outsystems.com.
After contact there will be created a support ticket automatically.Remember to attach this email you receive from Prometric in order for them to understand better your issue and give you a new free voucher or allow you to reschedule the exam. You can also open a support case here:

That's sad to hear... Did you try to send an email for training@outsystems.com? Last time I also had problems and they replied me in hours. I even was able to reschedule the exam for the next day...
