You need to merge those two OutSystems community accounts. Go to your community profile, and then to settings, then use move certifications.
I would suggest to wait, updates on the community profiles don't take instantly place.

I am under the impression that the ODC Badge was granted to those that at the moment of the launch of the certification would have the ODC Ready badge and the Associate Reactive Developer certification.
If I'm not mistaken, if you got the ODC badge only after the launch of the certification last month, you'll need to take an exam for that (registration and scheduling of the exam might be made via Training > Certifications, or through this link).
In any case, you can always contact training@outsystems.com to get an answer from OutSystems.

The problem I had is that I have ODC Ready badge on my personnal Account and Associate Reactive Developer certification in my business acount so I think that's why I did'n receive the ODC certfication .
So my question is there anything that should I do to get ODC certification by merging to account (without losing the business one ) .... or any other suggestions

From the standpoint of OutSystems, these are 2 different accounts, and therefore you don't have the badge and the certification on the same account.
Merging would allow you to comply with the criteria: having both the ODC Ready badge and the certification on the same account.

You only get the certification automatically without exam if you also have the associate reactive een developer certification.

Yes I have associate reactive developer certification but with my work account not in my personal one .
So I don't if it's possible to transfert the ODC badge that I got on my personal account to my business account where I have the reactive Certification ?

So to get ODC certification should I contact Outsystems support or just I wait and get it automatically ?
