Calling Outsystems API to automate deployment

Hi there,

I am new to Outsystems. I would like to write scripts (PowerShell/Python) to automate the process of calling Outsystems builds and releases at every level. Does Outsystems provide the needed API calls for this purpose? If so, do you guys have sample scripts that you can point me to?
