IIS in my environment health is down because of that my application is not getting published. I get to know that resetting the IIS will solve that issue but I've no idea of resetting it. Kindly, help me out of this suitation.

Personal cloud you don't have option for that, you should wait! Personal cloud is shared, the situation will be solved 'Automatically'.
