Hi There :)

Working with on prem installation.

All is perfect, until we took our app to PROD. Just getting this error when calling the PrintToPDF server action.

Info from our platform admin:
The application errors for the PDF module are not generated by the event log. The module is not being blocked by the server. I checked the event viewer via the System and Application Event logs and found nothing. 
We have:
- deleted and reinstalled the component, as per suggestion in other discussions

- auto and manual upload of browser version
 

Any suggestions on where we can go from here?
