On opening Users Management console, an error is thrown "access is denied"
Application Type
Reactive

Whenever I try to open the  Users management console in browser, Outsystems requests my login credentials. Unfortunately, when I enter my Outsystems credentials, an error message appears stating that they are invalid. If I click on the cancel button, a message appears on the browser as "Access is denied".

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

Have you configured the Administrator user on the service center? If not, follow the below steps and do the configuration first.

1. Login to service center, go to factory tab, search for Users module

2. Select the User module

3. Under Single Sign On there will be an option to configure administrator user, click on that and do the configuration

Shree

Hello Shreelakshmi,

I have attempted the solution you suggested, but unfortunately, the issue is still not resolved.

You need to use the username as admin not your service studio credentials. Did you try the same?

That should work. If that doesn't work as suggested by @Daniel Kuhlmann please raise a support case in here.

Hi,

Doesn't it make sense, that you get access denied message if you enter invalid credentials?

Daniel

Hello Daniel,

Whenever I click on cancel, the system displays an error message indicating that access has been denied. If I enter invalid credentials, the system prompts me to enter my credentials again. Each time the system requests my credentials, I enter my valid Outsystems credentials.
I am attempting to access the following URL:
