I am trying to add a progress bar in the right side of my screen but the progress bar is not visible after adding it on my screen. Can anyone see my .oml file and make it visible. I need the progress bar below the refresh icon in the vertical format.

Can you provide me some solution through which I can increase or decrease the progress bar by using some value like for no there is full red progress and for yes there is full blue how to do this?? I do not need this plus minus icon.
