Training on how to do sprint planning/timeboxing
Question

I saw an OutSystems video a while back about how sprint planning both before and during development works, how backlog is refined and how the timebox is kept and things are move out of one sprint to a later one to allow higher priority tasks to come in that weren't intially planned etc but I can't remember where it was and haven't been ablke to find it. I remember they had a visual of the whole timebox with the sprints inside and then tasks inside of that and showed how low priority are put later or in backlog while high priority are put in instead - had red blocks and yellow blocks to signify features/tasks that were moved in and out of sprints.

Anyone know what I am talking about and what that course is called? I thought it was inside of the Tech Lead training but not finding it in there now.

Hello Nicholas,

Is this the picture you are looking for?

I recently completed the certification and guide path training for Tech Lead in OutSystems and during the training, I came across this particular flow. Now I wasn't able to find it there.

However, upon reviewing the material again, I realized that I could not find the flow in the same guide path that I had originally found it. After some searching, I discovered that it was actually located in a different guide path/place:

I believe this is the link and the video you are looking for. This part appears at the end of the video, starting around minute 33.

Best regards,
Ana

Hi Ana

This set of slides is exactly what I was looking for - but seems the course they were a part of must have been removed then - strange! Thanks so much for looking and finding this!

BTW this is not the one I am referring to. It spent more time explaining the details of moving tasks in and out of the sprints while still maintaining the timebox project deadline.
