HI All,
Ultimate PDF by @Leonardo Fernandes is not able to Access the URL of any of the screen. getting the error 'An error occurred while generating the pdf ' we are using VPV to connect to the client server, and don't have the access of the internet.
Can anyone help us how can we download pdf in this case.
Component is working fine for other clients.

Thanks Ramesh, We have checked this link as well, but no luck.
Does this component also need to connect to external URL to download libraries or driver? Because this server's security policy doesn't allow to connect to external URL.
Hi Rajendra. Is that the only error logged when the issue happens? If not, please share all of the errors that are correlated.
The component requires network to download Google Chrome binaries. However there is an option to manually upload these binaries if you install Ultimate PDF Management.

Yes, When we are calling the action 'PrintToPDF_Advanced' its throwing an exception 'An error occurred while generating the pdf ' and the attached error is getting logged in service center.
May i know the Chrome binaries which we have to upload?
Rajendra, I asked you to share all error logs correlated to this issue. I am certain that this is not the only error generated, and the other errors have more information.
To upload the Chrome binaries, you must first install the component I mentioned. After you do that, you will be able to upload the files, and the instructions are in the component itself.
