Hi Ramya,

There might be some scenarios for getting 404 error in service center.

1. URL might be wrong. Check the URL once.

2. Try to restart your browser. Closing the current window and open the new one.

3. Try to clear cache and remove all browsing data.

4. Try to open it in the incognito window.

Please try the above scenarios check weather anything will works for you or not. If not, try to attach some screenshot for the reference so I can try with some other solutions.

Thanks

Prince

Hi @Ramya somashekaraiah,

Check if you have  configured the Administrator user on the service center? If not, follow the below steps and do the configuration first.

1. Login to service center, go to factory tab, search for Users module

2. Select the User module

3. Under Single Sign On there will be an option to configure administrator user, click on that and do the configuration.

After configuration, clear cache and remove all browsing data or try to login it in the incognito window with new password.

Hope it helps!

Hi Ramya,

Please check

=> Is the userid null?

=> 404- means not found. so there may not be the user with that id

=> it is old record and fetch from admin screen?

Please check and let me know once.

Thanks

Could you please share the Screenshot of error you are getting, or any error log?

No, if I directly browse from IIS and enter valid userid and password configured from users module its working.

FOr some reason outside the server its not working and throwing 404 error.

Please find the screen shot below

I had checked error logs earlier and didnt find any error's logged :(

If I am directly browsing the page from IIS, the page is not throwing any error and its loading and on enter of User ID and password was able to login to the page too.

Outside the Server if I try to browse the page then getting 404 error.

Thanks and Regards,

Hi Ramya,

Please check these as well from your end too.

1. Check if you are able to access this user from your local machine.

2. if not, check this are you able to access this.

If you are facing any of the above issue then the last thing you can try to raise a ticket to the Outsystems for this. It happens sometimes when some modules are not able to configured or missed out. So, Please try to raise a ticket to the Outsystems it will surely help you out.

Hope. It will work for you.

Thanks
