Hello Deepak,

Please try to restart your platform services and if it did not resolve the issue it's better to open a support case with OutSystems support team and they will look into your environments and resolve it.

Hope you're doing well.

It seems that you're deployment is being stuck for some reason.

My suggestion is that you try to restart your Deployment Controller Service and try again.

It seems you tried to publish same application before and its already published.

You can check factory tab into Service center to check if application published or not
