Hello, everybody.
I would like to know if there is any IaC (Infrastructure as a Code) tool for outsystems environment and how it works or if there is any way to automate the process of updating environments. For example if we are in a scenario of a park of 300 machines and we need an update, how do we do this in the shortest time possible? the conventional method in an environment with 2 front ends takes around 50 minutes in a scale as I am suggesting we would spend days, then, I wonder if anyone found a more viable solution and that reduces the risks, to reduce human error, I would love to know.
Hi Romulo,
To my knowledge, there is no out of the box IaC available for upgrading OutSystems front end and database servers. Maybe companies have set this up before. You could contact OutSystems if they know of any customer or partner that maybe automated this process to some extent.
Regards,
Daniel
Thank you Daniel.
I will look to see if they know of any company that has already done this.

Hello Ana, is it possible to see a practical use of this product? a practical demonstration of the above mentioned scenario? I find it interesting, but from the descriptions and photos I am not sure.
