Hi everyone, can you help me?

I tried updating my environment to 11.20 Platform Server version. I achieved update al environment but in dev, on run Configuration Tool, on try compile modules the process stop with error

Error deserializing database connection: Invalid Database Configuration Format

I tested the connection, it's ok, The applications run in the browser, I achieved open the Service Center normally but when I try to publish any module I also see this error.

I tried to retry, I try to reinstall but nothing wasn's work
