I have the exact same symptoms as the following article.

Both Service Studio and Chrome are the latest version.
Service Studio Version 11.54.9 / Build 62390
ChromeVersion 113.0.5672.127
I can debug in the company network, but not in the remote work environment.And I have several co-workers with the same symptoms.
Anyone know the solution?

Hi Zamiemon U,
You could try to open the chrome browser first with a blank page, then retry to press the debug button and see if that works.
Because sometimes the chrome browser have no response when listening to an event trigger, usually press twice the browser will start to open the debugger successfully.
