Hi Jonata,

usually you have a link at the end of the lesson "Lesson Materials" where you can click and it downloads all material needed for you to be able to complete the tutorial. Just follow each step and you should be fine. Sometimes they provide .oap files or .oml files that you have to upload to your environment. They provide those so you don't need to create apps from scratch and can go straight to developing the important parts. Not sure if this is the case here.
