Making an Espace smaller.
Question
Hi There,

I was wondering, my company has a license of 60.000 software units.
Unfortunatly we have 1 espace wich is 63.000 software Units.

Now have I already done the F12 key (Find usages) on every page or action within this espace.
I have deleted a lot allready wich wasn't being used but right now I still have 63.000 software units in use.

Does any of you know a way to make this espace smaller without losing actions or is that impossible?

There are a couple of things you can do. Most of it is refactoring. Reusable webblocks, less screens etc. Check the pdf where you can gain SU's. Do take in mind, when you follow that road, maintainability will also be harder. For example, converting simple queries to adv. queries.

Hi Joost,

I will look into this, the problem is that alot of query are allready advanced.
Where can I find the Pdf on how to gain SU's?

You can find the SU's PDF on Download section, under the folders Agile Platform 5.0/5.1/6.0 folders on the left side tree.
