You will need to refresh reference of this module into all of its consumers and publish them again.

You can open service center then go to factory then select modules then search for this module "ExBuilder_PluginsWrapper_MLib " click name of module then click second tab "Dependences" and check names of consumers in left hand side. You will need to open each module of them refresh references then publish it.
