Directory Sample Application - Community Edition

Hi,
I've installed the Directory sample application, but I'm unable to publish it due to modified / missing references warning.
I am running the Community Edition on my own server on my laptop - just trying to learn how to use Outsystems platform currently.
When I follow the add / remove references, there are a number of references highlighted that say can't be used with my license and I need to upgrade.

Does this mean that I can't use the Sample application on the Community Edition license?
