If you already have a date to do the training, what do you really need? I'm sorry but your post is a little bit difficult to understand. If what you want is download ODC Studio, I believe that it will be available at one point in your training onboarding (maybe someone can confirm this).

Currently there is no personal environment for ODC so you can only access ODC via a tenant from a customer, OutSystems partner or temporary access to a shared training instance.
Based on what you’re saying, I believe you’re looking for the last one, in that case make sure you’re registered for a training slot at the ODC Training Portal. Currently there’s no dates available, but there’s an option to automatically send you a reminder whenever new dates are opened. You should get an email a few days before the training date that should allow you to complete the training.
