Service Studio - How to conect in a new environment?

Hi everyone,

Please, this is my first time trying to conect in new enironment, I have the url of dev server but I can not to add directly on my service studio. 

My service studio is connected today on my free version and I need to connect in an enterprise version.

How can I open the application on service studio?

Hi,

First Click in "Switch Environment" (1 in the picture) and then write your DEV env URL (in 2 in the picture):

Then you will need to write your credentials in the next screen.


If your are trying to connect in the email screen, switch to environment clicking in the link above:
