I can't log in to my Environment through Studio, or Manage it through Outsystems Lifetime.
Funny I can log into my Outsystems account and see my Environment listed, I can even log into Integration Builder and to my App. But I can't log through Studio or Lifetime.
When I try to process a support ticket, it sends a blank page with the message "There was an error processing your request " right after selecting my environment. I can also see a support case listed but when I click on it to browse it it sends me to the same blank page with the message.
Anyone having this issue, or had this issue before? I would appreciate any assistance as I can't even create a support case.
Cheers
Ed
Hello Daniel,
Thank you for your answer. I am using a personal environment, and to "manage" the enviroment, I'm always redirected to Outsystems Lifetime and get access using the same account. Something else indicating that it was actually something with access on Outsystems side is the fact I couldn't create a support case or read my previous support tickets.
Regarding your suggestion, I thought that myself, and even tried to log in using a different computer, but to no avail.
On the bright side, I have access now!!!! Something must've been done from Outsystems side. Will try to find out what. Thanks.
Cheers,
Eduardo
Forgot to mentioned, the error I get is an Invalid username or password, eventhough I still have acces to my account, Integration builder and app. Already changed it, but still the same issues.
Hi Eduardo,
As you mention that you cannot get into your LifeTime account, I assume you are working of a paid OutSystems Infrastructure.
Each OutSystems infrastructure for which you get a LifeTime account will be a unique account, even if you would use the same username and password.
Your OutSystems community account is only relevant for accessing the community pages and SaaS solutions of the platform like Integration Builder and AI Mentor Studio, and your personal environment.
There is no purpose in creating a support case for fixing login issues. OutSystems will not do that for you. You need to talk to the right department or person who is managing the OutSystems infrastructure.
Alternatively, try to log in using Incognito mode in your browser, maybe it is some caching that is bothering your login process.
Regards,
Daniel
