I have to agree with the previous posters, your question lacks any detail, and makes it not easy to help you.

Searching myself for what ifastnet is, because you shared no details, I see it is a Web Hosting company.

So what do you mean with "connect OutSystems" ? That your OutSystems application needs to call a service hosted on your ifastnet subscription?

Or are you asking if you can host OutSystems on their servers? In that case, OutSystems can be hosted by OutSystems on AWS, and you can host it yourself on your own server park onpremise, or in a PVC of for example Amazon, Microsoft or Oracle. I would be very suprised if ifastnet could do it, but the best person to ask would be a technical consultant from ifastnet.
