📣 New Training Experience | Calling All OutSystems Developers!

Hi all!

We have some really great news. Today, we are launching a new online training experience

This new experience provides an engaging training experience to everyone learning OutSystems. This launch marks the first milestone in a long term vision, that ultimately will provide a fully personalized, AI powered, experience for each student.

Here’s what you can expect in this first release:

  • You will be able to select how you learn. You can decide to learn OutSystems through guided paths to build applications or learn focusing on a specific role, for example, Reactive Web Developer.

  • When you take a course, you get credit in every learning path using that course! Consume it once, get credit everywhere. When you consume content that is used in another course, your progress will be automatically attributed to you in every course.

  • No more clicking past lessons. Previously when you opened a course if you clicked "Next lesson" this would register as progress. The new learning experience ensures that  you interact with the content to register progress. Don’t worry, if you are watching a training video you can choose to watch it at a faster pace.

  • All your progress is reflected on the new online training portal. This means that any training you completed or have in progress will be in the exact same state as it was in the old online training portal.

There’s a few things that we are still working on, don’t worry, these features be available soon:

  • Any new Community points from training won't be displayed in your profile for now. We are storing all the community points that you are earning while doing the training, but you will only see this in your profile in the upcoming weeks.

  • We are sad that you won’t be able to leave new feedback and ratings for now. We love to hear from you and your experience with our online training materials, so don’t worry, feedback mechanisms will be released soon.

Any questions or feedback about this new experience, please reach out to knowledge@outsystems.com.
