What revision of google chrome are you using? You can check that by installing Ultimate PDF Management and going to "Manage browser revisions", it will list all revisions being used by your environment.

I checked the revision I'm currently using.
It will be "706915".
(Because the version of Ultimate PDF currently used is "3.0.4",
Ultimate PDF Management gave an error and could not be used.
So I checked directly the google chrome placed on the server. )
I advise you to upgrade Ultimate PDF, or to use the revision 1083080 instead (which is the revision that the most recent version of Ultimate PDF uses).
