Hi, 

I need one help. I tried to create layout and in the layout there is navigation menu on the left side which is working fine. Then I have top menu items where I have issue. 

I need the top menu on the adjacent to the username on the right side. Sample pic is attached for reference. Also I have attached the OML file.

You can go to widget tree and click on Layout side menu where you can custom that layout as I show in screenshot and using css you can adjust the menu link you can see in the attached OML.
