Don't use Lifetimeapi
Question

Hi guys,

I need to use lifetimeapi to get some infomation in lifetime. Normally, i can access to link : {lifetimeurl}/lifetimeapi/rest/v2/# , it will show all lifetimeapi  by swagger. But with my project , i can try to access it many times, it only show error like this 

I dont know why. Can you help me explain ? how can i solve it ?

You can also try to open Lifetime from your service studio.

it  is still working. I only cant get lifetime api. it's so strange

Hi

Api url should be 

Your server url/lifetimeapi/rest/v2

In server url you don't need to include /lifetime. Could you please confirm this. It should be something like below.

https://***-lt.****.com/lifetimeapi/rest/v2/

yes, i only use : {lifetimeurl}/lifetimeapi/rest/v2/#

Hi Mike

Please ensure you have https:// and remove # from the end.

Still it don't works then can check are you able to access the lifetime and lifetime service center. Also check for any error in service center of lifetime.

yeah, i tried. but although i can access the lifetime and lifetiem service center. dont have any error in service center.

Hi

If you think everything is fine at your end able to access lifetime then should open a support case.

Hi Mike,

Could it be that you are looking in the wrong environment?

Try using the following route:

Go to Factory >> Modules >> lifetimeapi >> Integrations Tab

Under Exposed REST APIs you should find a Documentation link for the v2 API that should lead you to the swagger definition page.
