Team,Date picker place holder colour is changing after we clearing the date.
Initially on load the place holder colour is grey
Then after selecting a date and removing it, the colour is changed to black
Please help me to avoid this colour change
Hi,Possible for you to share your oml or screenshot to understand better. Or can you share what is your logic to reset/clear the data picker? Anyways date picker and placeholder are different component so it shouldn't be happened.

First the placeholder color is grey .then once you select date then selected date is in black.
If you erase the date manually which you have selected, then the place holder will appear again but colour of the place holder should be grey oly but it is in black

My Sandbox OML can be found here. I am using a date picker, which has no such behavior. You can either refer to the same or simulate your problem in it.
You can follow the same and if you still facing the same problem pls share your Widget view.

If not wrong, then you used DatePicker widget and then in Datepicker placeholder you used input with icon widget. If yes, then I tried the same and it looks fine. You can check here.
