Hi all,
I was planning my Associate Tech Lead (OutSystems 11) exam through voucher code for 18th August 2023 at 1:00 AM, but I’m constantly getting error (refer image) during payment in Prometric. I even tried for another slot which was 1:15 AM but it gave me the same error. This has been happening since 2 days.
Voucher is from OutSystems provided by my organization which expires on 19th August 2023.
I’ve already raised a complaint to Prometric - Request Case number 04126139. The reply would be in 3 business days but the voucher would expire on 19th August which is in 2 days.
Any thing that can be done? If OutSystems Core team is reading this, please could you help me?
Or if someone is trying to book an appointment, please tell me if you are able to do so?

I think your question matches one of those in the FAQ in the bottom of the certifications page:
Please validate the points as mentioned, and if it still does not work, open a support case for training following the link in there.

Unfortunately, I had to schedule this 2-week before the expiration date. Now I can't schedule this.I understand that sometimes it is necessary to book days or weeks in advance, but shouldn't this be the choice of the exam taker? Since I see available slots, i'll book the exam for that slot. It is on me if I don't clear it, but if the slot is available the exam appointment should be booked.
It's like booking ticket a movie theatre. If there's one seat available even just 20 mins before the movie starts and I go and ask for 1 seat, I can get that ticket. I just don't understand the 2-week prior booking.

Unfortunately, the recommended time period to book exam is 2-weeks before expiration date. I didn't know this and now my voucher will go waste. This should have been mentioned when I received the voucher in the email but there is no mention for this.
Anyways, thank you for the suggestion. I can't do anything now.

I do faced this issue earlier, but instead of voucher i used payment method.
I got refunded after opening a support case with Prometric team.
Most probably though they mention 3 business days within a day or two you might get a reply.
As João mentioned , you can open a support case as well for a safer side.
