App in Production - Request failed with an error

Hello,

I just put an application in Production and when I try to open it on my IOS and Android device, I'm getting the error "Request failed with an error", right on the Splash screen, and the loading of the Sphash keeps loading infinitely and then do not leave.


I validated at the service center and no error is triggered.

It should be noted that in the development environment, the application works normally on the device.

Also highlight that in the browser emulator it works well.

Any light, what might be escaping?

Hi @Neide Gomes Cardoso,  

First you can check if any request is going to server or stabiles the server connection or not from the native/device app. If not then you need to fix that issue first.

Hope you're doing well.

I'd say it's something related with communications, but it's hard to tell without further troubleshooting.

Are you working on the same network for both your computer (browser emulator) and your mobile phone?
