When logging into my app using my Microsoft account, I get the message: "404 - File or directory not found."

I'm using the Azure AD Login Connector forge component:

I'm assuming this is due to the URL being too long, and I've tried using the Factory Configuration component to fix this, but when logging in using my service center credentials, I get an error message that says "The request failed with HTTP status 404: Not Found."

When looking at the Network tab in Chrome developer tools, I don't see anything that returns a 404, everything actually looks fine and returns 200 OK.

I know my credentials are correct, as I've used them to log into service center. The environment is shared, not personal, and I'm not sure if that could have an effect on it.
