Color Change with the options and display nth for field with no value

Question

1. how can I display the selected status with different color .

E.g. Pending: Red highlighted, Completed : Green highlighted

2. Completion Date is not a mandatory field, it will still default to 1 Jan 1900 if there is no value at that moment. Can the Date display as "blank" or N/A or - instead?

Kindly advise oml for reference. Thanks!

You can use Content/Tag from outsystems widgets for displaying status according to colors, like below screenshot.
