This issue occur sometimes due to low bandwidth network  or vpn issue,

However, I have checked the same and it is working fine for me-

you can raise this to OutSystem by creating a support ticket here - https://success.outsystems.com/support/home/

Also mean while there is download link there you can try downloading it  and watch it offline till the problem is fixed -

I see that its working in Chrome but not in Edge.

For me, it is working fine. No issues at all. But it seems an issue related to your internet provider, low bandwidth network or vpn, as @Tousif Khan pointed out.
