Hello,

Have you tried restarting the service studio? and laptop as well,

This happens with me some times, so i just tried to exit the service studio from task manager (Alt +Ctrl + delete) and some time also tried to restart the laptop and it works, 

Please try this way it may help,

Can you try to zoom out (make it smaller) your screen and check if you still do not see the button?

I am sharing you two screen shot of screen ratio, this happens when the screen ratio is set to be less

When it  is set to large fonts

When it is set to default 

Now see the difference and change your settings accordingly

For windows you can check on google - aspect ratio windows 10 and it will show you the steps

I same issue exists with me as well. The issue resolves by reinstalling the service studio with the latest version as due to any issue some or any of the file gets corrupted.

Please try to reinstall the service studio.

Hope this will be helpful!!

Go to,

• Display Settings >> Scale >> Text Size >> 
• and set it to 100%

You will get the button.
